Credits are a digital product, added to your account immediately after purchase.

  • Unused credits: If you've purchased credits and haven't used them, contact support within 7 days of your purchase and we'll be glad to help with a refund of the unused balance. After 7 days, refunds are not able to be issued for unused credits.

  • Used credits: Once a credit has been spent to unlock a report, that report has been delivered, so used credits aren't refundable.

  • Billing problems: If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or something went wrong with your purchase, contact support right away and we'll make it right.
