Finding your receipts and invoices

A receipt is emailed to you automatically every time you buy credits, so your first stop is your inbox (check spam if you don't see it).
You can also find and download your receipts and invoices anytime from your billing settings — open the customer portal from Settings → Billing, where your full purchase history lives.
Need an invoice with your company details for accounting or reimbursement? You can add or update your billing information (company name, address, etc.) in the billing portal so it appears on your invoices. If you need something specific that isn't showing up correctly, contact support and we'll help sort it out.
