How current is the data?

Your report is generated from live lookups at the moment you run a screening, so the results reflect the state of each source at that time. Because some of those checks query live systems directly, a screening can take anywhere from a few seconds to a little longer to finish.
The important thing to understand: a report is a snapshot in time. These records change constantly — new trademark applications are filed every day, domains get registered, handles get claimed. A name that's clear today might have a new conflict next month, and an available domain won't stay available forever.
So if you ran a screening a while ago, re-run it before you make a final decision or commit money to a name. Re-running is the best way to make sure you're acting on current information.
