Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in a minute:

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password.


2. Enter the email address on your account.


3. We'll send you a password-reset email — open it and click the link.


4. Set a new password, then sign in with it.

Didn't get the reset email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.


• Confirm you entered the same email you signed up with.


• If you signed up with Google, you don't have a password to reset — just sign in with Google instead (see Signing in with Google).

Link expired? Reset links are time-limited. If yours has lapsed, request a new one and use the most recent email.
