Deleting your account

You can delete your BrandScreen account if you no longer want it.
To delete it, go to your account settings and look for the account-deletion option, or contact support and we'll handle it for you.
Before you do, a few things to know:
If you're deleting because something isn't working for you, we'd genuinely like to hear about it first — a quick note to support might solve the problem without losing your account.

Before you do, a few things to know:
- Deletion is permanent. Your account, your saved reports, and your account data are removed and can't be recovered.
- Unused credits are forfeited. Any credits still in your account are lost when it's deleted, so use or note them first if you'd planned to.
- Access ends immediately. You'll be signed out and won't be able to sign back in to that account.
