Tracking your referral progress

You can see how your referrals are doing in the Referrals section of your account.
There you'll find how many friends have signed up and verified through your link, and your progress toward the 5-referral milestone that earns you 10 credits. When you reach 5, the credits are added to your account automatically.
A referral isn't showing up? The most common reasons:
If a referral still isn't counted after your friend has signed up and verified through your link, reach out to support with their details and we'll take a look.

A referral isn't showing up? The most common reasons:
- Your friend hasn't verified their account yet — referrals count once the friend clicks the link in their confirmation email.
- Your friend didn't use your referral link when signing up, so it isn't connected to your account.
- It can take a moment to update right after a friend verifies — give it a little time.
