Do credits expire?

Your purchased credits stay in your account and don't expire — they're yours to use whenever you're ready. There's no clock and no "use it or lose it"; a credit you buy today will still be there months from now.

If you ever can't find credits you expected to have, check that your purchase completed (you'll have a receipt by email) and that you're signed in to the right account. If something still looks off, contact support and we'll sort it out.
